Paint it Back to Life~
Something I drew way back in March but I forgot to post it because I got super sick for a month. I was reminded of it when I heard about the recent heatwave killing over 1 billion marine life on the West coasts.
Parents always say “I’ll do anything for the health and happiness of my children.” But I find that hard to believe with the speed we’re killing our planet.
If I had the money, I would fill my ceiling with crystal stars. Since I don’t, I’ll just fill my art with them instead~

I already finished writing the first draft and I’m currently working on draft 2 plus key visuals. Hopefully I’ll be able to release the fully illustrated novel before end of the year :D

Sorry for the long MIA, I’ve actually been working on a novel this whole time and was too busy writing to update social medias lol
Here’s a sneakpeek of one of the characters from the illustrated novel~ Dante from 1000 Words Unframed, which will focus on the lives of 4 artists.
When it’s all done and illustrated, I’ll be posting the entire novel for free on my website as usual. I’m hoping to transition into illustrated novels instead of comics since it’ll be easier on my hand. I look forward to sharing the story with you~

Sorry for the long absence, I’ve been really sick for the past few weeks. Without being tmi, it was a lot of pain and blood. I’m actually better now which is why I was even able to paint and post.
I’m looking forward to being back!
I’ve been wanting to do a fanart of this scene from Avatar FOREVER. Zuko’s redemption arch was amazing, and I saw a lot of myself in him with his struggles for familial love. Anger used to be a huge part of my art in my teenage years, and the show perfectly conveyed the feeling of letting go of that hate.
